Brownie pie is a combination of flakey pie crust with a gooey, chocolaty brownie filling. I don't think that I need to give more details about this dessert!
It's an easy desert to make and it's absolutely satisfy your sweet tooth. You can make this pie with a homemade pie crust but also feel free to use a store bought one. Either way it will taste amazing.
The key to a perfectly even baked pie crust is to blind bake it at first, otherwise the bottom of the pie will be uncooked and soggy.
I recommend to serve this dessert warm and if you want to be a little extra, top it with ice cream or whipped cream.
